Jessie Wallace - who plays Kat Moon in EastEnders - has revealed she cannot wait to marry her 50-year-old lover and have his baby.
Jessie, 39, who has a six-year-old daughter Tallulah from a previous relationship, says she has 'never been this happy with a man before'.
Despite a run of bad luck in her love life - including two broken engagements and the humiliation of ex-boyfriends selling kiss-and-tell stories - Jessie has been happy with catering firm boss Vince for six months.
She says the couple would like to get married and have a brother or sister for Tallulah.
Jessie revealed: 'I never thought I'd see the day when I got married. I've been in wrong relationships in the past. Vince is a real man. He looks after me, he's so protective.'
When asked if babies were on the cards, Jessie said: 'We've got a busy year but we'd like to. Tallulah wants a brother or a sister.'
She added that she would not like to be a pregnant bride though:
'It would be nice to think this time next year it's happening - that would be perfect.'
