Chris Huhne and his estranged wife Vicky Pryce have been interviewed by police again over allegations she took speeding points for him in 2003.
Essex police interviewed the two on Wednesday, and will prepare and pass a file to the Crown Prosecution Service.
In a statement they said: “Essex Police confirm that two people were further interviewed on Wednesday, July 20, 2011, at police stations in Essex in respect of allegations regarding a speeding offence alleged to have been committed in 2003.”
