Celebrities Pose Battered And Bruised For Anti-Bullying Campaign

PA

A host of stars have posed as assault victims for an anti-bullying campaign by the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (ISPCC).

Jedward, Louis Walsh and Westlife's Mark Feehily are just some of the celebrities taking part in the campaign, which was actually organised by Mark, who was bullied as a child.

'I know at first hand how the impact of being bullied as a teenager can quite literally last a lifetime,' said the singer.

'I thought that if we could involve well-known ISPCC ambassadors perhaps people will think twice about bullying or indeed allowing bullying to happen.'

The campaign comes as the ISPCC announced it received around 2,300 calls a day from young people, with a quarter of these relating to abuse and bullying.
