IPCC:

The IPCC is investigating the circumstances surrounding an incident where a man became seriously ill whilst in the custody of British Transport Police. The 24 year-old man was being kept at a station in Wembley Park before being taken to hospital where he remains seriously ill.

It was the IPCC who botched this from the very beginning. What are they going to do now, deliberately go after the officers who were the targets of these thugs?
