Brad Pitt has splashed out on six Shetland ponies for his brood of children, and a horse for Angelina!
Brad kept quiet about his equine purchases and put them in paddocks in the family's Chateau Miraval estate in the south of France as a surprise for his wife and children.
The couple are keen riders, and wanted their kids - Vivienne, Knox, Shiloh, Zahara, Pax and Maddox - to start pony-trekking.
A source close to the family told the Sun: 'Brad ummed and ahhed about it for a while but decided to go for it.
'He wasn't sure whether they'd find the time as training the children will take a lot of manhours but thinks it will be worth it in the long run. He thinks it's best for them to learn how to ride while they're young.'
The kids will have a bit of a wait to meet their new pets though, as the family are currently staying in the UK while Brad shoots his latest movie.
