Kourtney Kardashian has been photographed apparently taking her toddler to see a plastic surgeon, reports Entertainment Wise.

The 31-year-old reality TV star was snapped carrying her 21-month-old son, Mason, in New York.
She is thought to have dashed through the city so a plastic surgeon could see Mason's nose after he fell and hurt it.
Little Mason had a plaster over his nose, and was carried by his mum, alongside his dad, Scott Disick, 28, dodging the paparazzis as they headed through the city.
