"Try to remember that fear is just a feeling, and feelings are just energy within the body which can be changed. Try to channel it into something positive like a task that you need to complete, or a new project that you haven't started yet.

By doing this, you are making a decision about how you want to use that energy, and you will very quickly be able to change something scary into something super fabulous."

there are 6 basic emotions; love, lust, happiness, fear, hate, greed, all will pump your heart to the max, fear of the unknown is not real fear, real fear is something that you know will happen, you cant fear something your brain dont know, love is the most powerfull out of the 6, lust is about strenghs and weekness, happiness is godly, fear , hate and greed are in the same group, as are love , lust and happiness,

There are four basic emotions: Love, Happiness, Fear and Hate. All of them are neurobiological responses to an emotional stimuli. Fear is the most ``feared`` of all emotions, but it is necessary for survival. There are three basic reactions to fear: To fight it, to freeze from it, or to flight from it. The amygdala is the brain organ in charge of controlling fear. The most common fear is the fear to the unknown.
