A 'hacktivist' group has declared war on internet paedophiles by attacking websites that contain child abuse.

'Anonymous' has taken around 40 websites accused of sharing child abuse material offline, and published details of 1589 alleged paedophiles in an operation dubbed, 'Operation DarkNet'.

The hackers targeted a site disgustingly called 'Lolita City', describing it as one of the 'largest collection of child pornography websites to date'.

Anonymous released a statement online saying that many of the sites, including Lolita City, shared a web server at a company called Freedom Hosting.

They asked the company to remove any links to child abuse sites, and when they didn't, they attacked it, bringing the sites down.

Do you support hackers that try and stop horrific child abuse sites?

Or do you think it should be left to the authorities to sort out properly and find those responsible?
