A whole host of star ladies showcased some serious monochrome style at the 2011 amfAR Inspiration gala on Thursday night.

Sandra Bullock, Estelle, Rose McGowan and Selma Blair took the Black Tie/Hot Metal theme seriously as they opted for whites and blacks on their way down the AIDS charity's black carpet.
The starry guests were then treated to performances by Sinead O'Connor and Deborah Harry - we're assuming the 'metal' part of the theme didn't extend to the music.
