X Factor Results: The Risk And Johnny Robinson Voted Off After Double Eviction

X FACTOR RESULTS: Louis' Eccentric Acts Sing For Survival - But Who Left The Show?

X Factor said farewell to Louis' eccentric act Johnny Robinson tonight, along with Tulisa's boyband The Risk, who were sent home after they received the fewest public votes.

Both of Louis' acts - Johnny and Kitty Brucknell - were forced to battle it out in the sing-off. Johnny sang Unchained Melody, showing off his high-pitched vocals (which are usually hidden by Kylie Minogue renditions), and Kitty belted out Kelly Clarkson's Beautiful Disaster.

Louis said: "They were both incredible in the sing-off, but I have to pick the person who in the real world would get a recording contract... the act I have to send home tonight is Johnny."

Tulisa also picked Johnny to go, with Kelly agreeing and sealing the decision. Gary said he would have have picked Johnny too, despite him being "one of the nicest people in the competition".

As Louis and Johnny hugged goodbye, Louis looked visibly upset, and was unable to reply to Dermot's questions. Johnny said: "I really want to thank everyone who has got behind me... everyone who has accepted me for being me."

The emotional sing-off came after The Risk were sent packing, having received the fewest public votes.

Dermot asked the band how they felt after being outed from the competition, looking suitably annoyed Charlie said: "We're The Risk man, we're just going to carry on, good times."

Last night The Risk tackled Shalamar's A Night To Remember. After the performance Gary said: "It was your best song choice to date, but the vocals were lacking tonight. I'm waiting for you to all realise that Charlie is the lead singer of this band," prompting a few awkward looks from the other members of the band.

Tulisa is now left with just one act in the competition, her group Little Mix. Louis also now only has one act (Kitty).

Both of Kelly Rowland's girls Misha B and Janet Devlin were kept safe by the public vote.

Gary Barlow also had a good week, with his boys Marcus Collins, Craig Colton and, surprisingly, Frankie Cocozza, all making it through for another round.

Many were shocked that Frankie wasn't voted off after his awful performance of Black Eyed Peas' song I've Got A Feeling last night.

On tonight's show, Frankie - looking a bit worse for wear - admitted he'd only had half an hour's sleep - whether this was due to fear, or the fact he'd been out partying like a 'rock star' again, was unclear.
