Jessica Simpson has revealed why she kept 'mum' on her pregnancy for so long, saying simply:
"The stomach spoke for itself".
An interview with Jessica is due to air in the US this evening on the Entertainment Tonight show. The mum-to-be also "fesses up that she is postponing her wedding until after the baby arrives so that she does not turn into a 'hormonal bridezilla".
Jessica was rumoured to be due to wed fiance Eric Johnson this November, but claims they didn't actually "have a date nailed down".
She finally admitted that her growing tum was due to a baby rather than pies on Twitter at Halloween, posting a pic of herself decked out in bandages and proclaiming: 'It's true! I am going to be a mummy.'
Last week, she told US Weekly magazine that she and Eric were "thrilled" at the prospect of becoming parents and that they "can't wait" to meet their baby.
