X Factor contestant Janet Devlin took a trip back to her native County Tyrone in order to visit her home, show the X Factor film crew round her former stomping ground and, oh yes, switch on the Omagh Christmas lights.

The singer, pegged by bookies to scoop the number three spot in the competition, headed back to Northern Ireland to switch on the festive lights in front of hundreds of fans. While the crowds provided a warm welcome, Janet still wrapped up against the chill in a bright and stripy poncho.
Oh, and in case you were wondering, underneath the stripes Janet opted for a casual jeans and tee affair:
