Katie says a tracking device was discovered underneath her car when it went into a London workshop for a routine service.
Katie - AKA Jordan - said: "The first thing I thought about was my kids and their safety. I needed to be with them."
The terrified mum-of-three reportedly felt "physically sick" when she was informed the device had been found under her vehicle, and said that she was scared she had become the target of kidnappers.
She told The Sun: "I spoke to my mum and she told me how a mechanic had found a device hidden on the undercarriage of the Range Rover.
"It was found on Tuesday morning as I was working on publicity for my new book. The first thing I thought about was my kids and their safety. I needed to be with them."
The mechanics discovered the GPS device while carrying out routine checks on Katie's £80,000 pink Range Rover.
