Pippa, who recently split from boyfriend Alex Loudon, has said she won't be employing a ghost writer to help with the book, and has already been drafting chapters.
A friend told the Daily Mail that the book would be more than just a guide to being the perfect party hostess, and "will also include recipes and information about how to host different types of events.
"Pippa has been sketching out the chapters and has decided to start each one with an amusing anecdote."
She's certainly well-placed to write the book, after working for her parents' company, Party Pieces, and events company Table Talk.
