Battle Of The Black Dress: Kylie V Dannii At ARIA Awards In Sydney

Kylie Minogue turned heads on the red carpet last night as she arrived at the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Awards in a sheer, backless black dress.

The diminutive singer was there to be inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame by Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard.

Boyfriend Andres Velencoso and sister Dannii Minogue were there to support her, and Dannii also decided to work the red carpet in black.

But, in contrast to Kylie's racy mini with a sheer overlay, Dannii, but Kylie had another wardrobe-war with fellow Aussie Delta Goodrem, who also wore a minidress covered with a full-length sheer layer.

Kylie, who'd returned to blonde for the event, thanked her family for their support throughout her career, and said she felt 'wonderment and pride' to still be working.

The 43-year-old last week appeared on the Australian X Factor and performed a version of Kids, her duet with Robbie Williams.

We think all three ladies looked stunning...
