The band were only put together during the closing stages of boot camp but gelled pretty much instantly and - despite some dodgy styling moments - soon became one of the series' strongest contenders.
Our favourite Little Mix moment? Definitely hearing them belt out En Vogue's Don't Let Go. It's a mega-choon anyway and the girls gave it some serious welly!
