Socialite and friend of the royals Tara Palmer-Tomkinson was out on the lash again last night and was spotted stumbling home following her a raucous 40th birthday bash.
The former I'm A Celeb camp mate is known for her wild ways and has previously hit the headlines due to the collapse of her nose following a long-term £400-a-day cocaine habit.
Friends and family were left concerned as the dishevelled star stumbled home. A witness told The Sun: "Tara's eyes were like saucers. She appeared completely wired and looked as though she needed a good few days' rest!"
In 1999 Tara attended the Meadows clinic in Arizona to beat her drug addiction and in 2006 spent £6,000 on plastic surgery to reconstruct a collapsed septum in her nose caused by snorting cocaine.
On her partying, earlier this year the Daily Mail quoted Tara as saying: "I did three years of taking everything, but alcohol was not the thing for me. I will have a drink but I won't keep drinking. The minute I feel out of control, I stop."
Tara ended her birthday celebrations by climbing into the arms of a male friend and being whisked home in a chauffeur driven car.
