Cheryl Cole has come under fire from fans after a pair of heels from her new shoe collection was deemed faulty.

The Girls Aloud star teamed up with online retailer Stylist Pick earlier this year to fashion an affordable footwear range.

Cole admitted she was inspired by her own shoe collection for the line, and branded her Your Royal Hotness platform stilettos her 'signature shoe'.

However, fans are unimpressed with the £79.90 pair, complaining that the heel is falling apart.

Customer Sheena Smith tells The Sun: "I love Cheryl Cole's style and thought the shoes looked fantastic on the website.

"When I got them, there was immediately a problem with the heel. The packaging was fantastic but the quality of the shoes was awful.

"I was really disappointed I couldn't wear them to my work Christmas party."

Suppliers have now warned buyers: "We advise there is a slight possibility your shoes may have a minor fault."
