This little lad has clearly got what it takes to get an audience behind him - for every time he raises his arm, he gets a mighty cheer.
The hilarious footage is the latest YouTube hit doing the rounds.
Every time his mum says 'How big is the whale' he lifts his arm, to roars from everybody on the opposite side of the street.

The footage appears to have been taken at a sports team's parade in the U.S.
The short 22 second funny has the description: "This kid shall become our nation's greatest leader."
President Obama, you have been warned.
