Jude Law Reveals Drastic Hair Loss

When Jude Law appeared on Graham Norton's chat show wearing a beanie in December he looked more like a drifting vagrant than an A-list star and had us asking 'why?'

Well now we know why he's not been spotted without his headgear of late - he's going bald.

The actor turned up to the Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows premiere in Paris last night sporting a much-reduced hairline.

In every public appearance in recent months, he has been covering up his follically challenged scalp with an array of hats, but it seems the actor has finally accepted defeat and has embraced his new bonce .

On a recent TV appearance, he said: "I've been scalped for my new film and I've had the most heinous hair cut you have ever seen. You'll see it in a cinema next year."

But he's obviously feeling more confident about balding now as he dared to bare on the red carpet with girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley for the French premiere.

It was only August last year that the star was sporting a thicker mane. At this rate he'll be up for the lead role of Kojak if they ever decide to revive the show.

Handsome devil, Jude Law. Looks better every day. Hairline and head like the equally-admirable Tom Ford. Be who you are. It suits you.

i think Jude Law's new hairstyle gives him more character. Though you could choose having hair transplant like other celebrities doing.

Well, As the famous saying goes, “you don’t know what you’ve got ‘till it’s gone,” hits right at home especially when what you’ve lost is constantly brought into awareness everytime you look in the mirror. http://www.hairandlaserclinic.com/fue.htm

He's gorgeous. Always has been, plus what's more important than anything is that he's a really compassionate person who does a lot of work for humanitarian organizations & many worthy causes that no one ever mentions. It's the things like that that make a difference, not all the nonsensical tabloid garbage that they invent or blow out of proportion. I'm actually amazed that Huffpost would bother even mentioning such a non-story--it used to actually be a news source. Not that it's important, but he also had to have his hair cut really short while filming "Anna Karenina". It's been like this for years, so why Huffpost feels like this is a huge newsflash of a revelation is beyond me. At any rate, he's more attractive now than he ever was at 25 with all the blonde hair and such. He's hotter since he's matured--he's improved with age like a fine wine. I find him even more appealing this way and I'm thrilled with this look.

Hair transplant time! You're rich, you can afford it.

No need to worry Jude, still rich and famous plus a lot of women like baldies.

If he's prepared to look daft in that beanie - what's the problem?

Love it, love it, love it. I find bald men extreemly attractive. Makes them look more manly. I was never really fussed with Jude law before but now he looks a bit more like the bit of rough I cant get enough of.

Even though this is bubble gum news actors such as Bruce Willis or Vin Diesel are slap heads and seem to do okay with movie roles. Then again I just don't see Jude Law in an chunky action role as he is a bit of a whimpy drink of water. The biggest problem for men who go bald and try and hide it is, it never really works, if it ever comes my way I'd have to find a look that makes it work. P.S. I used Vin Diesel as an actor very loosely!!.
