She might be nudging the big 4-0 but Kate Moss is showing no signs of hanging up her party shoes just yet.

The supermodel looked a little unsteady as she left the NME Awards after show party at the W hotel in London's Leicester Square last night.

Kate clung on to hubby Jamie Hince as they made their way to their car after partying with the likes of Florence Welch, Caroline Flack, Alexa Chung, Jack Whitehall and Pixie Geldof at the music bash.

Kate's post party look was a far cry from the highly polished version of the model on the cover of the latest edition of Another Man magazine.

The black and white shot of a topless Kate graces the front of a limited edition of the arty farty mag released to coincide with Paris Fashion Week.

The British model - who has also posed topless for Italian label Liu Jo and in last year's Pirelli calendar - looks to have recovered from the nerve disorder that left her 'temporarily paralysed' last month.

Kate was diagnosed with the condition after a trip to Paris, where she woke up at the Ritz hotel and was unable to move her right arm and hand.
