Demi Moore appears to be on the road to recovery following her hospitalisation in January - she has been snapped back in Los Angeles for the first time since her health drama.

The troubled actress has shunned the spotlight since she was found semi-conscious at her Hollywood home on 23 January.

An emergency call placed by a friend revealed she was having convulsions and she subsequently spent two days at a medical facility being treated for exhaustion and stress.

The 49-year-old is said to have sought further help at the Cirque Lodge rehab centre in Utah last month before heading off on a holiday to Turks and Caicos - and she has now been seen out in public again.

Demi appeared tanned and smiley as she disembarked a private jet on Sunday night and sources claim she is ready to resume her career.

An insider told The Mirror: "Demi is desperate to get back to normality. She wants to get fit and healthy, start reading through scripts and auditioning for and, slowly, accepting movie roles.

"But she is still incredibly fragile, both physically and emotionally, and friends are urging her to take some more time out."

It's been a rough few months for the actress - she split from husband Ashton Kutcher late last year amid reports he cheated on her.

I had a 1968 plymouth barracuda it was a beauty but over the years before i owned it it did suffer use and abuse ,it had been street raced ,drag raced and welted and belted ,it had been in the shop a lot over the years and had been repaired and panted a lot in a vain attempt to make it look young again ,
but there comes a time when when it becomes beyond it and it has to go ,i expect it will find someone who will love it for what was but at the end of the day it should be put to rest somewhere and should be remembered for the stunner it once was .
