Poor Stella McCartney - one minute she is presenting her latest fashion collection to a room full of celebrities and the next she's stuck on the Eurostar with her dad Sir Paul McCartney.
Alicia Keys and Salma Hayek were among the stars who turned out for Stella's triumphant show at Paris Fashion Week on Monday, and the designer's dad and his new wife, Nancy Shevell, also attended to see her new outfits.
The McCartney trio then hopped on a Eurostar train in a bid to make it back to London that night but they were left stranded in the French countryside for six hours following a power failure.
Hundreds of passengers were affected after snow caused an overhead power cable to collapse, but Sir Paul did all he could to help raise people's spirits.
A source told The Mirror: "It was a pretty hideous situation but Sir Paul was on fine form. He had a laugh and a joke as he chatted with the passengers in his cabin and he signed dozens of autographs.
However, other celebrities affected by the rail chaos weren't quite as positive about the situation.
Model Laura Bailey took to Twitter to announce: "Love affair with Eurostar officially over" and designer Henry Holland ranted: "Eurostar DISASTER".
