Mr. T has never been afraid of cashing in on his cult credibility. Over the years, the one-time superstar A-Team member has advised the public to buy Snickers bars, World Of Warcraft subscriptions and now, Old Navy T-shirts.
But whereas the Snickers ads saw Mr. T - real name Laurence Tureaud - firing Snickers bars at people from a galting gun and WOW (as it's known) had him ranting to camera about his 'mohawk' character in the online fantasy game, this one relies on a simple pun.
That's right, Mr. T is selling Mr. T-shirts. Clever, right? You know, in a way?
Check out the advertisement in question above, and when you're done with that, check out the older Snickers advert below and let us know which you prefer: Mr. T firing chocolate and caramel-covered peanuts at you or Mr. T educating you in the way of well-fitted garments? Thoughts in a comment box, if you please.
