Stacey Solomon: 'I'll Find Chris Moyles A Girlfriend'

With her own love life sorted, Stacey Solomon is turning her attention to the love lives of her showbiz pals - and has Chris Moyles in her sights.

Stacey - who's due to wed fiancé Aaron Barham - plans to set her Love Machine co-host up with one of her mates.

Speaking to TV Buzz she said: “I think Chris needs my help. I enjoy setting people up and I’ve got some friends he might like, and they’d like him.

"Chris is wicked, he’s a softie on the inside. He’s caring and considerate and thoughtful – he’s like a big cuddly bear.”

But despite playing cupid, Stacey admits her first date with fiancé Aaron was anything but romantic.

"Our first date was at Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex,” she said. "I didn’t even buy anything because I was so skint. We might have gone crazy and had a McDonald’s.”

The pregnant star - who has been in the firing line after being snapped puffing on a cigarette - says she now wants to focus on her pregnancy.

“It winds me up when people are nasty or mean. I’m embarrassed and ashamed by the whole thing, but I’m doing my best to quit smoking. I just want to concentrate on my pregnancy.”
