Rihanna claims she conquered her body insecurities by taking her clothes off.

The singer used to have a complex about her boobs and bum but overcame her fear by stripping off and posing for half naked pictures.

She says: "The more I got naked, the more comfortable I felt. I just had to face my fear. I just started being more daring."

But it seems the 24-year-old star is still not happy with her body.

Rihanna recently revealed she had been on Hollywood's popular Five Factor diet, which involves eating five small meals a day and exercising five times a week, but is now eating more in a bid to regain the weight she lost.

She said: "It's annoying because now I don't have a butt and I have no boobs. I already had no boobs to start with. So annoying! I'm eating everything."

Despite giving up the diet, she can't understand why she is still losing weight. It might have something to do with all that bumping and grinding RiRi.
