Kate Winslet might be busy bigging up the 3D version of Titanic but she's not feeling quite as enthusiastic about the movie's theme song.
The actress has admitted that whenever she hears Celine Dion's mega hit My Heart Will Go On it makes her want to chunder. And there we were thinking we were the only ones.
Meanwhile, Kate told Huff Post Entertainment at the Titanic 3D premiere that she "wouldn't look" at the intimate scenes between herself and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Liking or not liking a song is a personal taste, like liking or not liking celery. There isn't a right or wrong. Personally, I think the song is beautiful but if you don't like it, don't listen to it. You'll be OK beside me Kate, I listen through my earphones so you won't hear it.

I still think its a great song Kehlan Sutai Inigan, though I wouldn't play it to death, not that I hear it every day on the radio either, in fact I cant remember the last time I heard it, so, I do wonder why all the publicity from Kate; maybe she feels a bit unnoticed these days, she needn't be.
There is such a thing as the on off button, but being reminded of the millions she made from the film must be awful!..now that would not only make my eyes role but weep! Kate say the word and I'll play you another tune on my hair comb..how about Titanic?

Well, where does she say she doesnt like the film? I'd guess with the song its simply shes heard it so many thousand times she's just sick of it, we all get like that with cewrtain peices of music that we hear too often.... She's also embarrased by the love scenes and her own nakedness, I can understand that too, it must be a bit wierd watching yourself naked on the big screen. that doesnt mean she doesnt like the film or is not grateful for the opportunities it gave her.

I bet you Kate and also Leonardo di Caprio were grateful when they got the parts. Well, they were not famous then and they should show some gratitude for the film that made them. I think these two are just jealous because everybody else made vast fortunes out of the film and they didn't. Celine and James Cameron included. They have another bite of the cherry with this 3D version and Kate and Leonardo are dragging their feet to promote it.

Both of them are very talented people. I wonder how anxious you would be to promote a film that you put behind you a decade and a half ago? DiCaprio had many roles before this one, and many since. He actually did not want to be a heart throb, he wanted to be a character actor. And that is what he is, and he is a good one.

I never rated the movie titanic, But liked the celine song. Not may modern singers can punch it out like that now. Most have to rely on studio magic to make them sound good. BRING BACK THE DAYS OF proper singers and vocals.

As far as Celine Dion, she has a good instrument, but that is what her voice is, an instrument that is technically excellent. I would rather listen to almost any other singer you could name, and I hate the the song.

She is haunted by the song ok I may understand that. I am sure she hears it a lot whenever she is asked to do something, the song is associated with her. I do not see the other thing about the movie haunting her the MONEY or is that ok. She should take the song and the money together as without the song there would not be as much money.

Personally, I love the song, but as we all have different tastes when it comes to music, I can understand why some folk don't like it.
I agree with others who say Gloria Stuart, who played "old Rose" was brilliant in this movie. I even had a tear in my eye when she passed away at the end.
