Doctor Who's bin-shaped adversaries have been away from our screens for a little while now, but that doesn't mean the Daleks haven't been keeping themselves busy.

For proof, have a quick listen of this tape Peter Serafinowicz was sent recently, which shows a different side to our plunger-waggling overlords - a much calmer side.

Truly, there can be no finer way to chill out after a hard day's work than hearing the dulcet tones of a cyborg in a wheelie bin screaming "RELAX" and "BREATHE IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE".

Some people are saying that the tape wasn't actually made by Daleks at all, and that Peter Serafinowicz has something to do with it. We admire and respect Mr. Serafinowicz, and have no reason to believe that he's anything other than an honourable comedian who happens to have a radio show on BBC 6Music.

Think about it. Next they'll be saying it's not really Terry Wogan hosting the Pirate Terry Wogan Show with T-Wogg$ in the mix...
