Imogen Thomas is reportedly set to cameo in award-winning drama Shameless.

The 29-year-old Welsh model and former Big Brother contestant - who shot to fame following her alleged affair with Manchester United star Ryan Giggs - has filmed scenes and will appear in the Channel 4 show as herself in the new series due to air in the autumn, The Sun reports.

Imogen apparently took part in a top secret shoot filmed on the streets on the set of the Chatsworth Estate, home to Frank Gallagher (David Threlfall) and his family.

She tweeted last week that she was taking part in a shoot, but didn't say what for.

A source told The Sun: "Imogen was a natural, you'd never know she had never acted before.

"She was really down-to-earth and up for anything. She never complained and she didn't mind sending herself up."

you should probably tell your readers she will be on the UK's version of Shameless. You're main viewership are from US, how do you not even mention Showtime's Shameless?

Couple of clues on this page:
1. The page address (URL) contains ".co.uk"
2.Top centre: The words "United Kingdom" next to a Union Flag.

No doubt there's an American edition somewhere, this isn't it.
