German golfer Martin Kaymer water skimmed a hole in one on the 16th hole in a practise round ahead of the US Masters at Augusta National.
An annual gauntlet laid down to golfers who flock to Georgia for the year's first major, Kaymer sent the crowd into raptures when his trick shot across the lake vanished into the hole.

However the 27-year-old is not the only player to have accomplished the feat.
He had in fact emulated Vijay Singh's feat in 2009, when the 2000 Masters winner also evaded the water hazard for a hole in one on the 16th.
