We love that Cate Blanchett is one celeb who isn't afraid to take a fashion risk once in a while, but we're on the fence about her latest ensemble, the mannish suit she wore to the press night performance of the Sydney Theatre Company's new production, Big and Small, in London this weekend.

Cate paired the grey tweed suit with similarly masculine accessories, including a white button-down shirt, statement spectacles and black brogues, which - we suspect - are what's killing this look.
We think the key to androgynous dressing is throwing in a feminine accessory, like a sexy stiletto, to soften a masculine silhouette (Tilda Swinton has mastered the art of suiting up to perfection).
