One Direction's Harry Styles Snubbed By Older Woman

After months of girls (literally) falling at his feet, One Direction heart-throb Harry Styles will be reeling with the shock of rejection after one American beauty laughed off his request for a date.

Harry spotted TV star Jillian Harris, who is 14 years his senior, in a Los Angeles restaurant and wasted no time strolling over and asking for her phone number.

But the 32-year-old laughed off his request, saying: "I am way too old for you."

Unlike Harry's ex Caroline Flack, also 32, Jillian said she could never date anyone as young as 18-year-old Harry.

Jillian, who rose to fame in the US by ­appearing on hit reality show The Bachelor, explained to The Mirror: "He asked for my phone number. He looked cute and adorable. But he was also very young looking. I am sorry but I could never date an 18-year-old. I don't think that's even legal in the US, is it?"

Harry recently hooked up with 24-year-old photographer Sarah-Louise Colivet during the band's tour stop in New York.

ok i honestly think that everyone should just leave the kid alone. he can do whatever he wants. all you should be concerned about his singing. not who he asks out. sure we can all have our own opinion about it but i think that we should judge him by how good he is doing in the music carrer. which btw is fantasic.

Oh dear Harry, fame has gone to your head. After dating Caroline he obviously has a thing for the older women but quite seriously most older women especially women in late 20s or 30s wouldnt look twice at an 18 year old boy..especially one that has a very fresh baby face like Harry whom I thought was around 15 lol.

He is obviously looking for a mother figure, go home Harry to mummy she loves you, so why would you ask a women in her 30s out in the first place, a women that age has more sense. What a silly little boy you are.

Maybe she felt flattered that such a young boy would fancy her, at that age boys fancy anything that is going to let them have their own way. I agree she is a Slapper of the first degree.

He's 18 years old!! Rich famous and loved by lots of kids. How many blokes do the same when they are out with their mates? Have a few drinks for Dutch courage and egged on by the rest of the gang go over and ask a young woman for her phone number? Sometimes they are knocked back and sometimes they are lucky, how else does "boy meet girl" these days?

You have highlighted my point exactley! boy meets 'girl' he is punching above his weight if he thinks most 'woman' would be interested in him. If he want's to meet girls he should go to the youth club ha, haaaa. With a concave chest and lets be honest at 18 no clue in the bedroom most women would laugh themselves silly if a little upstart approached them (as per story). Me thinks his ego needs a good slap!
