In this multimedia world, there's so much being thrown at you all the time that it's difficult to see the wood from the trees.

So in these days of Facebook and Twitter, it's important for movie promoters to set themselves apart from the crowd - and in the case of Sacha Baron Cohen's new comedy, The Dictator, they've certainly managed that.

Without him, we wouldn't have seen Ryan Seacrest covered in 'ash', now, would we? And now, thanks to their decision to release the first minute and a half of the movie, the opening scene online.

To us, it looks... slightly patchy. You'll laugh, for sure - OK, you'll smile, for sure - but whether you'll laugh depends on whether you're a Sacha Baron Cohen fan or not really.
