Liverpool was awash with fake tans and hair extensions even more than usual on Saturday night, when Katie Price hit the town for Danielle Lloyd's hen do.

The former glamour models painted the town a strange hue of orange as they celebrated Liverpool native Danielle's last night of singledom before she weds her footballer fiance Jamie O'Hara.

The gaggle of girls hit the city's Playground club, and Danielle and Katie were as shy as usual - jumping up to writhe and dancer together in front of revellers.

And while the bride-to-be tried to do demure in a classy red dress, Ms Price - whose set to wed for a third time herself after getting engaged to Leandro Penna - opted for tiny shorts and a huge hairdo.

Before they hit the town, Danielle tweeted: "Can't wait to see @MissKatiePrice for my Hen tonight whoop. Getting ready with my girls in the Hilton so excited xxx."

Katie added: "We can't wait. Watch out Liverpool."

The fun night out comes after a hellish year for Danielle, who underwent a boob operation to boost her chest before the wedding, but was left fighting for her life when her implant exploded and left her needing an emergency bloody transfusion.
