Living in the shadow of Cheryl Cole was always going to be tough, but considering Tulisa has had a year's practice to nail her X Factor fashion choices, she's sure debuting some strange looks so far this year.

As auditions for the ninth series of the show began in Glasgow earlier today, Tulisa suffered another fashion fail as she tried to get into the Scottish spirit.

The judge donned a tartan blouse for the occasion teaming it with a mish-mash of a cropped leather jacket, a black peplum skirt and a necklace made from bullets.

Well at least it is better than that Tweetie Pie ensemble...

Tulisa, Gary and Louis have been joined by latest guest judge Anastasia for the Scottish round of auditions.

She's the latest in a long line of female stars to join the panel as producers scramble to find a full-time replacement for Kelly Rowland.

Geri Halliwell, Leona Lewis, Rita Ora, Nicole Scherzinger and Mel B have all already filled the empty spot so far in the search for the next winner.
