Peter Andre has been left devastated after it was discovered his brother's cancer has spread.
Andrew Andre was in stage four of liver and kidney cancer, and it had been hoped that new trial drugs would help cure him.
However, despite promising signs, the family were dealt a blow when doctors found out the disease has spread to other parts of his body.

A friend of the star told Now magazine: "There was evidence that the trial drugs were reducing some of the cancer cells by up to 70 per cent in parts of Andrew's kidney and liver.
"Peter thought it could be a breakthrough and the whole family had hope."
He recently told Heat magazineat the horror of finding out his brother had cancer.
"I was horrified, so shocked, and I broke down. The tears were just rolling down my face and I've cried every day since," he said.
"I knew that if I could get him into the Royal Marsden Hospital, he could get trial drugs as well as chemo. It's a cancer research hospital, and I knew the treatment there would be his best chance, so there was no option."
