The caring bronzed hunk helped her cover up as they lazed in the sun, and we can't help but speculate.
While we secretly hope that it is a new boyfriend, NY Daily News has reported that he is merely her bodyguard - and what a good job he is doing of guarding her body.
"If you go back and look at photos from the premiere of The Avengers in Rome, you'll see it's her security guard," her representative said.
Well whoever he is, she doesn't seem to have a care in the world. TBH who would having just been crowned the highest paying actress in the entire world?
Oh yes. Scarlett has been offered a record-breaking $20 million to star in The Avengers sequel.

To put this dollar in perspective, $20m is $1m more than Angelina Jolie earned for The Tourist and tons more than Kirsten Stewart gets for each film - a measley $12.5m.
What we wouldn't give for a teeny slice of The Avengers pie, a go on that boat, or to lounge alongside that chap. Hmpf.
