Songstress Adele has announced she is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Simon Konecki.
The 24-year-old singer revealed the happy news on her official website, posting the message:
"I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together.
"I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx."
The mum-to-be is rumoured to already be quite far along in her pregnancy, and actually due to give birth in September! According to Heat magazine she has managed to keep her bump a secret for seven months! It quotes an unnamed source as saying:
"Adele has barely left the house in recent months so she could keep this to herself for as long as possible She stopped exercising a new months ago, and since then it's been all about the baby."
Adele and Simon, 37, a charity worker who has a five-year-old daughter from his first marriage, have been together since last summer.
Before her announcement Adele told People magazine that she really wanted to be a mum, and wanted three sons before turning 30! Looks like her dream might just come true!
