Arsenal Fans Protest Against Club's Greed At AGM (PICTURES)

'Let's Kick Greed Out Of Football'

Arsenal fans are protesting against the running of the club ahead of their annual general meeting on Thursday.

Supporters have unveiled a banner imploring for unity to "kick greed out of football" as ticket prices at the Emirates rise. The cheapest season ticket at the Gunners is just £15 less than £1,000.

Messages posted on Twitter also indicate unrest at Ivan Gazidis' role at the club. Arsenal have not won a trophy since the 2005 FA Cup win and have sold Ashley Cole, Thierry Henry, Emmanuel Adebayor, Gaël Clichy, Samir Nasri, Cesc Fàbregas and Robin van Persie in the seven years which have elapsed since.

Although the arrival of Santi Cazorla has placated some fans, Arsenal have suffered back-to-back losses to Norwich City in the Premier League and Schalke in the Champions League.

They currently sit ninth in the league table having won just three of their opening eight matches.
