A mum who ate 300 takeaways during her pregnancy lost an incredible 10 stone so that her daughter wouldn't have a fat mum.

Hayley Peck, 24, ballooned to 19st after wolfing down calorie-laden pizzas and curries when she was expecting Sienna-Rose, now five.

When the weight wouldn't shift after she gave birth, Hayley started a healthy eating and exercise regime - dropping 16 dress sizes in the process.

Now the determined mother and fiancé Craig Olive – who has lost four stones himself - have set up their own business to help others shed the pounds.

Slimspirational offers Hayley's tailored meal plans and exercise tips and demand has surged, allowing her to give up her job to concentrate on helping hundreds of clients through the website.

She believes her honesty about her own weight battles – along with her before-and-after photos on the website – mean people who haven't managed to lose weight on other diets trust her to help them.

Hayley, from Radcliffe, Bury, said: "Since I started the website the demand has been incredible, with a real range of people contacting me for help.

"I think people trust me to help them because they can see from my story that I have been in their shoes.

"I'm just a normal person, who has lost weight and kept it off without having to spend millions and now I want to use that to help others."

Hayley is now a trim nine stones and says she is 'terrified' of going back to her former weight so follows a strict regime of exercise and healthy meals. Training every day, she alternates interval training on an exercise bike or step machine with lifting weights to stay toned.

And where she once would have gorged on crisps and takeaways Hayley now enjoys healthy meals including chicken or tuna salads and steak and vegetables.

She also swears by not eating carbohydrates after 4pm when the body's metabolism starts to slow down.

She said: "It is not a diet and I don't deny myself things, I just have them in moderation. It is all about changing the way you think about food and following a healthy lifestyle."
