And the award for the Most Premature Autobiography goes to... James Arthur!

Yep, it might have only been a matter of weeks since he won 'The X Factor', but James already has his own life story on the shelves.

No wonder the poor lamb was looking so knackered at a signing for the book in glamorous Milton Keynes yesterday.

It's been non-stop for the 'X Factor' champ since he was crowned the winner of the singing competition.

As well as writing (yeah, right) and attending signings for his new book up and down the country (as well as going on dates with Z-list blondes from TV reality dramas) he's also still promoting his debut single, 'Impossible'.

It looks like all his hard work is paying off though as the track is on course to be this year's Christmas No.1 - according to the midweek chart it's still in pole position.

Let's hope Simon Cowell rewards him with a few days off over Christmas, eh?
