We can't say we were that surprised when Katie Price revealed she had got engaged to her boyfriend, Kieran Hayler just a month after they went public - and her ex hubby, Alex Reid has wasted no time in letting us know his thoughts on the news.

Part time stripper Kieran popped the question to Katie at Christmas - just 11 weeks after she called off her engagement to Leandro Penna - and now Alex has given her third husband-to-be a word of caution, saying, 'she's in love with being in love'.

“They should take longer to get to know each other," he told The Sun. "It is a rollercoaster being married to her.

“Katie’s in love with being in love. It’s new and exciting and I hope a new deep love can form. As long as Kieran understands the world he’s now part of, he’ll be fine.”

Despite being married twice and engaged three times before, Katie insists her whirlwind romance is the real thing and getting engaged 'feels right'.

She told The Sun: "Kieran and I talked about marriage a few times and he proposed to me at Christmas over dinner.

"It just feels right. I know what people will say because I've heard it all before. But life is short so when something feels right, I just go for it."

Katie was married to cage fighter Alex Reid for 11 months before they went their separate ways in January 2011. They began dating just months after the model and her first husband Peter Andre filed for divorce in 2009 after meeting on 'I'm A Celebrity' in 2004.

“I’m a hypocrite: I would never date a girl who was bisexual, because that means they also sleep with men, and men are so dirty that I’d never want to sleep with a girl who had slept with a man.”

  • Jessie J

"The frustrating thing is that if I was with a guy right now, I’d be [considered] straight. But if I was with a girl, I’d be “gay.” When I was with my ex-girlfriend, I used to take her around and say, “This is my girlfriend.” People would be comfortable with it because I was. That’s what annoys me about the media. I’ve never tried to make [my sexuality] something that’s going to put me in newspapers or magazines. I’m never, ever going to let it be something that sells my music. Sexuality shouldn’t define you."

  • Drew Barrymore

"Do I like women sexually? Yeah, I do. Totally. I have always considered myself bisexual. I love a woman's body. I think a woman and a woman together are beautiful, just as a man and a woman together are beautiful. Being with a woman is like exploring your own body, but through someone else."

"We're bisexual, I f*** girls. Whatever. I am straight, but I've played on the old banjo."

  • Ke$ha

"I don't love just men. I love people. It's not about a gender. It's just about the spirit that exudes from that other person you're with."

  • Anna Paquin

"I'm Anna Paquin. I'm bisexual and I give a damn."

  • Jodie Marsh

“I’ve had loads of s*** men. I can see why women turn lesbian, because you get to the point where you’re sick of hearing so much f***ing bull****, so you start to look elsewhere.”

  • Evan Rachel Wood

"I was always into very androgynous things. Guys, girls... I'm into androgyny in general... I'm more of like the guy when it comes to girls."

  • Gillian Anderson

"I was in a relationship with a girl for a long time when I was in high school... If I had thought I was 100% gay, would it have been a different experience for me? Would it have been a bigger deal if shame had been attached to it and all those things that become huge life-altering issues for youngsters in that situation? It’s possible that my attitude around it came, on some level, from knowing that I still liked boys.”

  • Angelina Jolie

"[I was] surprised when I suddenly found myself having these feelings I always had for men, but for a woman, and wanting to kiss her and wanting to touch her."

  • Lady Gaga

“I’m girl-crazy too. I really depends on where I am. I love men, I love women and I love sex.”

  • Nelly Furtado

“I believe what Kurt Cobain said that in the end, everyone is gay. Everybody should have the freedom to experiment. Sexual experimentation is part of human history.”

  • Lindsay Lohan

“I appreciate people, and it doesn’t matter who they are, and I feel blessed to be able to feel comfortable enough with myself that I can say that.”

  • Christina Aguilera

“I feel sexuality to be very empowering. I think men love to believe that they own our sexuality, so if a woman represents herself in a sexual way, people think, ‘Oh it must be for a man.’ But men don’t have the right to own our sexuality. If I want to be sexual, it’s for my own appreciation and enjoyment. That’s why I like to talk about the fact that sometimes I am attracted to women. I appreciate their femininity and beauty."

  • Fergie

“Put it this way, I’ve experimented definitely, but I have never had a steady girlfriend.”

  • Alex Reid

    "I don’t smoke but I have tried a cigarette.

Experimentation is not orientation… I like women. That was a long long time ago when I was experimenting to find out what I was all about.

  • Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day)

“I think I’ve always been bisexual… I mean, it’s something that I’ve always been interested in. I think everybody kind of fantasizes about the same sex. I think people are born bisexual, and it’s just that our parents and society kind of veer us off into this feeling of Oh, I can’t. They say it’s taboo. It’s ingrained in our heads that it’s bad, when it’s not bad at all. It’s a very beautiful thing.”
