A mother has been caught on camera pinning her toddler son down as he screams in pain – while being given a tattoo.
The shocking video emerged from Cuba as the boy – who looks about three years old – cries in agony as a needle is stuck into his arm.

With hardcore dance music playing in the background, the mother is apparently unaffected by her child's distress. She can be heard saying 'look, look' as he tries to break free from her grip.
The incident is thought to taken place in Havana, Cuba, and the disturbing video posted online this weekend.
