So you've stepped off the emotional roller coaster that is pregnancy and hopefully experienced (and cherished) the hugely powerful emotions flooding every part of you when you met your baby for the first time. So now everything can settle down and get back to normal, right?
Probably not actually – in the weeks (and months) after childbirth don't be surprised if you're a bit all over the place. Your hormones are doing somersaults, you're probably suffering with lack of sleep – the truth is, it might not take much to tip you over the edge...!
