How is it that even in hospital Mariah Careystill manages to look utterly fabulous?
The star has posted a picture of herself in her hospital bed with her arm in a sling, after she dislocated her shoulder earlier this week.

The accident happened while she was on set shooting the video for the remix of her single '#Beautiful'.
Tweeting the snap, Mimi wrote: "Dislocated my shoulder on the remix video with Jeezy, sporting a very fashionable sling for the next couple of weeks!"
She's now resting up at home after doctors reportedly found the injury was more serious than first thought.
However, she's still expected to perform at the Hurricane Sandy relief concert in New York on Saturday.
