Selena Gomez made an appearance on Late Night With David Letterman on Wednesday and while on first glance, there's nothing much wrong with her outfit of choice, there's something a bit contradictory about this coat and footwear pairing.
The chic black mac suggests Selena was feeling a bit chilly as she arrived at the TV studios in New York but those cut out knee-high boots? They can't be warm. Or comfortable for that matter. And are they really appropriate for a television show?

Why not stick to a good old pair of black stilettos. A safe choice yes, but far more stylish.
