Hat Tricks: Who Had The Best Headgear At The Trooping The Colour Parade?

The splendour and excitement of the Diamond Jubilee Weekend may be over, but the royals are still celebrating. The Royal Family gathered today for the Trooping the Colour Parade in London, providing a very good occasion to showcase their ever-expanding hat collections.

The Duchess of Cambridge looked regal in a silver Erdem dress teamed with a fascinator by Jane Corbett.

Queen Elizabeth II - joined by Prince Philip - stuck to her style basics in the yellow Angela Kelly coat and dress she wore to last year's Royal Wedding, which she teamed with a matching yellow hat with a flower.

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie went for funky headpieces, with Eugenie opting for a feathery hat (which unfortunately resembled an animal carcass) and Beatrice choosing a fuchsia satin floral headpiece.

We think Kate's headpiece comes out the winner of this hat battle... but we wish we could see her right eye. Whose hat do you prefer? Let us know below and don't miss our gallery of the Queen's top hats below.
