It seems that Kate Nash is on a one-woman mission to bring back girl power a la the Spice Girls in 1997. The singer, who was partying post-Brits at the Savoy Hotel in London in a stunning Katya Katya Shehurina dress, is defo a fan of sisterhood.
"I didn't go the Brits this year. I went to my friend Dawn Porter's new book launch instead," she said when MyDaily bumped into her at the star-studded party. "I haven't heard anything abou the ceremony but who won Best Female? Please tell me it was Taylor Swift."
We really didn't have Nashy down as a Taylor fan, but the mental image of her singing along to We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together as it blares out of the radio brings a smile to our face. To Kate's disappointment Swifty failed to scoop the gong with her cutting, stick-it-to-ya-ex-boyfriend belters.
"I'm loving all these strong women getting themselves out there and producing really powerful stuff," she explained. "It's a great thing to see."
