Olivia Wilde is engaged to marry Jason Sudeikis after the funnyman proposed over the Christmas holidays.
The Tron: Legacy star began dating Jason in late 2011, and Wilde's spokeswoman, Joy Fehily, has now confirmed to the Associated Press that the couple is planning to marry.
It will be the second time tying the knot for both of them; Olivia was previously married to Tao Ruspoli for eight years, but they divorced in 2011, while Jason's marriage to screenwriter Kay Cannon ended in divorce in 2010.
Olivia and Jason started dating in November 2011, when, according to People.com, Olivia fell "blissfully, hopelessly, wildly in love" with the Saturday Night Live star.
