Pregnant Kate Middleton 'Getting Better' As The Royal Couple Thank Well-Wishers

The Duchess of Cambridge is 'feeling better' after spending another day in hospital with acute morning sickness, St James's Palace said on Tuesday night.

A smiling Prince William was seen leaving the King Edward VII hospital yesterday, reassuring us all that Kate is doing well.

A spokesperson for the Royal couple said, "The Duchess of Cambridge is continuing to feel better. She and the Duke are immensely grateful for the good wishes they have received. She will remain in hospital at present and will continue to be treated for Hyperemesis Gravidarum."

We're thrilled to hear that Kate, whose pregnancy was confirmed by the Palace on Monday, is feeling a little better. Now excuse us while we get back to naming her unborn child, decorating the nursery and relishing in maternity wear fit for a Royal.
